We travel with everything needed to fill a room up to around 400 guests — a 6,000W PA rig, stage lighting, and a full set of backline — and we coordinate with in-house AV for larger spaces.

For arrival drinks, cocktail hours, and intimate dinner settings we offer an acoustic duo or trio that delivers sophisticated live music without overpowering conversation. When the formalities end and the dance floor opens, the full band rolls in to take the energy to the next level. This flexibility lets you match the live music spend to your event’s shape rather than paying for a format that doesn’t fit. We’ll talk you through which configuration suits your venue, guest count, and run sheet when you get in touch.
What’s included in a corporate booking
Every Hands Off corporate booking includes professional stage plot consultation, a 6,000W PA system suitable for mid-sized venues, stage lighting, wireless radio mics, a curated DJ playlist during our breaks so the room never goes quiet, public liability insurance documentation for your venue, and direct coordination with your event manager in the weeks leading up to the show. If you’d like a specific song outside our repertoire — a company anthem, a CEO’s favourite track for a leaving speech, or a themed set to match a product reveal — we’re always happy to talk it through. We can’t guarantee every request, but we’ll be upfront about what’s realistic and work with you to find something that hits the mark.
